Request the minutes
You have the right to receive a copy of the assembly minutes. Request it in writing from the Secretary-Administrator. If they don't provide it, that's another documentable breach of duty.
Compare with your notes
If you took notes during the assembly, compare them with the official minutes. Were your interventions recorded? Are your dissenting votes included? Does it faithfully reflect what happened? Significant discrepancies are grounds for action.
