Your assembly guide: what to say at each agenda item

You can speak in any language — there is no legal requirement to speak Spanish. The green boxes contain ready-made phrases in Spanish: reading them aloud ensures the minutes record your question exactly as stated. The grey boxes show the English translation so you understand what you're saying. But you can equally speak in English — your lawyer or another attendee can translate.

Item 1 — Informe de la Junta

What happens: A report on the management of the last period.

Recommended question:

"Solicito que se detalle en qué se han invertido los 353.000 euros de gastos de personal del ejercicio 2025, incluyendo el número de empleados, sus funciones y categorías. Solicito que mi pregunta y la respuesta consten en acta."

I request a breakdown of the €353,000 staff costs for 2025, including number of employees, their roles and categories. I request that my question and the answer be recorded in the minutes.

"Hago constar que he formulado una pregunta sobre los gastos de personal y no se me ha proporcionado respuesta. Solicito que esto conste en acta."

Item 2 — Aprobación del Balance al 31-12-2025

What's being voted: The 2025 annual accounts.

"El balance muestra una deuda total de los morosos de casi 1,9 millones de euros. ¿Qué acciones concretas se han emprendido para recuperar esta deuda? Solicito que la respuesta conste en acta."

The balance sheet shows total debtor arrears of nearly €1.9 million. What concrete actions have been taken to recover this debt? I request the answer be minuted.

"¿Puede la administración detallar los 14.400 euros de gastos de representación? ¿Quién los percibió y por qué conceptos?"

Can the administration detail the €14,400 in representation costs? Who received them and for what?

If you vote against:

Item 3 — Aprobación del Presupuesto 2026

What's being voted: A budget of €879,536 — 25% more than the previous year.

Item 4 — Morosidad y reclamación judicial

What's being voted: Authorisation for judicial recovery with 20% surcharge.

Item 6 — Elección o Reelección Junta de Gobierno

What's decided: Who will lead the community.
