Isla Bonita Love Festival 2026: two concert nights in Tazacorte
Puerto de Tazacorte on La Palma turns into a seafront concert venue again this September. According to El Faro de La Palma and eldiario.es, the Isla Bonita Love Festival is marking its tenth anniversary with two big Saturday nights inside the harbour.

The dates are 12 and 19 September 2026. Isabel Pantoja headlines the first night; Laura Pausini and Nathy Peluso the second. Both nights sit inside the Fiestas de San Miguel Arcángel, Tazacorte's patron-saint festivities. Here is what is confirmed, what is still open, and how to get there.
Ten years of the festival at Tazacorte harbour
The Isla Bonita Love Festival reaches its anniversary edition in 2026. According to eldiario.es the event dates back to 2016, and this year's run is being promoted as its tenth birthday. The setting is the Puerto de Tazacorte on the west coast of La Palma, a fishing and marina harbour with a black-sand beach, a promenade and a natural backdrop of cliffs and open Atlantic.
One of the sources consulted places the site more precisely at the Muelle Deportivo, the marina basin within the port area. No official confirmation of the exact stage location, the capacity or the door times was available at the time of writing. If you are planning ahead, check those details shortly before the show through the festival's own channels and the Tazacorte town council.
The bill: Pantoja, Pausini and Nathy Peluso
On Saturday 12 September, Isabel Pantoja performs in Tazacorte. El Faro de La Palma and eltitulardecanarias.com describe the show as the only Spanish date of her 50th-anniversary tour. According to those reports she will be accompanied by the Orquesta Sinfónica de Las Palmas — a symphonic setting that gives her copla and popular-song repertoire a fuller orchestral frame.
A week later, on Saturday 19 September, the second night brings the Italian singer Laura Pausini together with the Argentine artist Nathy Peluso. It is a deliberately contrasting pairing: classic Italian pop on one side, and on the other a blend of rap, soul and Latin American rhythms. The running order and the start times are not stated in the sources available.
Tickets: paid, sold by night or as a two-night pass
Unlike much of the programme around Canarian patron-saint festivities, the Isla Bonita Love Festival is not a free event. The reports consulted describe a ticketed festival: tickets are sold through Tomaticket.es, either as a single-night ticket for one of the two Saturdays or as a combined pass for both nights.
Several categories are named — among them general admission, seated stand (grada), Front Stage and Golden VIP — all subject to availability. Separately, El Faro de La Palma has described travel packages bundling an inter-island flight with a ticket, quoting entry prices of around 79 euros per person for 12 September, around 90 euros for 19 September and around 105 euros for the two-night pass, rising to roughly 246 and 255 euros with a hotel included. Those figures are one operator's package prices, not the ticket prices themselves; only the official box office is binding.
Part of the Fiestas de San Miguel Arcángel
The two concert nights do not stand alone. They belong to the programme of the Fiestas de San Miguel Arcángel, Tazacorte's patron-saint festivities, which stretch across several weeks. Sources disagree on the start: El Faro de La Palma gives 3 September, lapalmaisland.com gives 4 September, and the closing date is put at somewhere between 9 and 11 October depending on the source.
Other reported highlights include the election and crowning of the festival queen on 11 September, the Caballos Fufos Infantiles parade on 25 September, and a concert by Elvis Crespo on 26 September — the last of these belongs, on the available information, to the San Miguel programme rather than to the Love Festival's main bill. The main feast day is 29 September, with the diana at 06:30, solemn mass at 12:00, an afternoon procession and fireworks. The Octava then runs from 30 September to 6 October.
Getting there and planning your trip
Tazacorte lies in the Valle de Aridane on the western side of La Palma. There is no direct scheduled bus from La Palma airport to the port: line 500 connects the airport with Santa Cruz de La Palma and Los Cancajos, after which you change onto the inter-urban network, usually via Los Llanos de Aridane. If you are driving a hire car, allow more time than the distance suggests — the road crosses the island's ridge and is slow and winding.
No confirmed information on special timetables, shuttles or parking arrangements for the two concert nights was available at the time of writing. For earlier large events in the harbour area — such as the island craft fair in August 2026 — El Faro de La Palma reported a free shuttle bus; whether the same applies on 12 and 19 September is unclear. Since both nights fall in the busiest stretch of the patron-saint festivities, book accommodation and inter-island flights early.
According to El Faro de La Palma, entries go through the form on the festival website and the call is open until 4 September 2026. Entrants may submit up to two original compositions of no more than five minutes each; for bands, at least half the members must live on La Palma.
The key dates of the Fiestas de San Miguel Arcángel also differ between sources (start 3 or 4 September, close 9 to 11 October). Ticket categories are subject to availability, and the package prices quoted are one travel operator's offers, not ticket prices. Only the official channels of the festival, the town council and the box office are binding.
