Tonight: four stages, two kilometres, one yellow finger

The running order is the same as on 18 and 25 September and as it will be on 9 October: La Plazuela at 18.00, Charco de San Ginés at 19.30, Marina Lanzarote at 21.00, Muelle de Cruceros at 22.30. La Plazuela is officially called Plaza de la Constitución. Gyoza play there, then the Belgian punk band Maria Iskariot at the Charco, then Def Con Dos at the Marina performing the album „Alzheimer“ in full for the record’s 30th anniversary (Lancelot Digital, 9 May 2026). Evaristo closes at the cruise pier with La Polla Records classics, and the programme also lists Dyatlov there. Between the stages comes the pasacalles, tonight with the batucada Villa Pipol, led by a brass band and an „Elvis with the yellow finger“ — Canarias7 named drummer Buli Panés in that role. All times are Canary Islands time.

The tenth date is a Saturday morning, from 11.00

The festival does not end on a Friday night but on Saturday, 10 October 2026, at 11.00 at La Plazuela. The time is right: the programme booklet prints „Apoyamos la cantera · 10 OCT · 11:00 · La Plazuela“. It is not a parade and not a brass band but a morning for young musicians. On the bill are Cantera Rock, the Aula de Música Moderna of the CIEM and the Knight Lizards; lagenda.org lists 11.00, 12.00 and 13.00. Lancelot Digital described the date in May as a morning for the island’s music schools, aimed at children and teenagers; the Knight Lizards, according to the festival, are three teenagers playing Metallica, Iron Maiden and The White Stripes.

Three dates were not on Lanzarote — and none is coming back

The ten dates were spread over four islands: seven in Arrecife, three not. Friday, 24 July, 23.00 at Aguere Cultural in La Laguna on Tenerife with Juana La Cubana; Saturday, 25 July, 21.00 at Talleres Palermo in Las Palmas de Gran Canaria with Ant Cosmos and Laiv; Friday, 4 September, 22.00 at the La Tierra pub in Puerto del Rosario on Fuerteventura with Jeri & Alvarito & Gilo Le Chocolatier and DJ CHK, all three free. lagenda.org described them as the „traditional summer tour“ on which the festival presents its programme to Canary audiences — presentation dates, not second venues. They are missing from the website’s programme page; only the booklet documents them. No date outside Lanzarote is announced for the rest of the season.

No cancellation, no weather notice: what we checked

On all six pages of arrecifeenvivo.com, on the morning of 2 October 2026, there was no notice of a cancellation, a postponement or a change of venue, and no weather note — nor any hidden sold-out marker. The website of the Ayuntamiento de Arrecife, the festival’s official sponsor, is reachable only after repairing its incomplete TLS chain and is essentially an unfinished template; its newest agenda entry is the programme of the Fiestas de San Ginés 2024. At the Cabildo de Lanzarote, whose chain is also broken, the festival is absent from the home page. Canarias7 reported on 2 October that the archipelago’s only yellow warning applies to La Palma, and that AEMET expects cloudy intervals with light calima on Lanzarote.

Getting there and getting home: bus in, taxi back

The advice comes from the organisers themselves: take the bus into Arrecife and a taxi home. Anyone living in Playa Honda, Costa Teguise or Puerto del Carmen should cycle; drivers should share cars. The festival publishes no parking plan, and the Ayuntamiento website gives neither traffic notices nor the paid hours of the zona azul. Last departures cannot be stated responsibly: Intercity Bus Lanzarote publishes timetables only through a stop selector that returns no times without JavaScript, and has announced no night service; its only current notice, dated 4 September, concerns line 22.
