When and where does the party take place?
Anyone wanting to party in Playa de las Américas on Friday 6 November 2026 has from 23:00 to 05:00. That is when Dress Code [Alter-Ego] runs, organised by Papagayo Tenerife in the Sala El Nido, a separate room of the club.
The address is Avenida Rafael Puig Lluvina 2, 38660 Playa de las Américas. The site lies in the municipality of Arona, but the Papagayo homepage gives Costa Adeje as its postal address.
Papagayo describes its location as “on the seafront”, right by the sea. The event page links to Google Maps for the entrance.
How much does entry cost?
The online ticket costs €15 (general admission), according to the organiser. It is valid only for the Sala El Nido and does not open the door to the main room.
Tables start at €300, says Papagayo. The club credits that sum against drinks or bottles on the night, and each bottle comes with soft drinks.
Up to two more people can join a table for a supplement. The amount of that supplement is not stated.
Payment goes through the ticket platform Xceed, without leaving the club's page. According to the organiser's page, online tickets cost less than at the door and get dearer with each ticket round.
The page does not give the door price, and it is unclear whether online tickets will be on sale, or until when. To be safe, buy in advance and check the current status with the organiser.
Who gets in and what can you wear?
Nobody gets in without ID, as entry is from 18 years, says Papagayo. Staff ask for a physical ID card or passport, a document you can hold in your hand.
Cargo trousers, joggers and football shirts stay outside, while “smart shorts” are allowed. Anyone arriving in one of these items should expect to be turned away at the door.
The Alter-Ego theme stands for “your other side”, says the organiser. It names no exception to the rules.
Visitors should pack their ID or passport. It is best to check your outfit before the evening.
What music is on and what else is in the building?
Tech House, Afro House and Indie Dance are on the programme, says the organiser. For 6 November it names the DJs Ana Pak, Castion, Lex Laurence and Nastya Lav.
Papagayo is a beach club by day and a seafront club by night. On its own site it ranks 76th in the DJ Mag Top 100 Clubs 2026, listed as the highest-placed club in the Canary Islands.
In the main room, the La Loka night with reggaeton and Latin music runs on the same Friday. Regular parties take place from Wednesday to Sunday, with entry usually from about 22:00.
The restaurant AWA in the building serves Mediterranean food, says Papagayo. The information does not give its opening hours or prices.
How do you get there and what is still unclear?
On getting there, the organiser gives only the Google Maps link on the event page. There is no information on bus, taxi or parking, nor on security and traffic around the evening.
The Ayuntamiento (town hall) of Arona is having night-time music venues in Playa de las Américas inspected. According to reports of 7 September 2026, technicians and the Policía Local (local police) began checks from 22:00 after repeated neighbour complaints about noise.
No link to the Sala El Nido is established. All event details come from the organiser alone, and the council has not confirmed them.
