What is planned at Sala El Nido on 5 and 12 November?
According to the weekly listing, the Afro house night “Follow” is planned for Thursday 5 November and Thursday 12 November 2026 at Sala El Nido (a nightclub). The club is in Playa de las Américas, the resort in southern Tenerife that belongs to the municipality of Arona.
The organiser had not confirmed either evening by Wednesday 4 November. Another weekly listing of Tenerife events has no entry under Arona for 5 and 12 November, but it does name Playa de las Américas.
What is known about Sala El Nido?
Sala El Nido is at Av. Rafael Puig Lluvina 2 in Playa de las Américas, in the Papagayo complex according to the ticket details. The club answers the phone on +34 922 788 916, Tuesday to Saturday from 11:00 to 19:00.
On Thursdays the venue runs the “The Hype” series with Afrobeat, urban and open format until summer 2026. On 4 June 2026, DJ Snoopy and El Morinke were billed for 23:05.
One listing describes “Follow” as a night of Afrobeats and hip-hop. That is not confirmed, and it differs from the announced Afro house.
Is there a dress code?
Nobody has published a separate dress code for 5 and 12 November so far. Anyone who wants to be sure should ask the club.
“Dress Code” is the name of a private party series, not a rule set by any authority. “Alter-Ego” is also an event name, not an entry rule.
How do guests get to Las Verónicas in the evening?
Anyone driving to Las Verónicas at night cannot park there. According to Diario de Avisos of 23 May 2026, the Ayuntamiento (town council) of Arona bans parking and access from 22:00 to 08:00.
The ban covers the street parallel to Av. Rafael Puig Lluvina, where Sala El Nido stands. Emergency vehicles and authorised vehicles are exempt.
The report gave no start date, fines or alternative car parks. Drivers should therefore follow the signs on the spot.
Since 7 September, council technicians and the local police have been checking bars and venues in Playa de las Américas at night. Repeated noise complaints from residents triggered the checks, which began around 22:00.
Fátima Lemes, the mayor of Arona, announced more checks. The number of venues, names and penalties were not given, and there is no sign of any consequences for Sala El Nido.
What is still open and what can guests do?
Start time, entry price, minimum age and dress code for both evenings are still open. Sala El Nido answers questions by phone on +34 922 788 916, Tuesday to Saturday from 11:00 to 19:00.
The second point of contact is the club’s ticket listing. It sits on the platform Xceed.
