What is “Sabor a Castillo”?
“Sabor a Castillo” is a three-day international food festival in Caleta de Fuste. The Cabildo de Fuerteventura announced the event on 2 October 2026.
According to the Cabildo, the festival combines gastronomy, music, workshops, dance and activities for different audiences. The focus is on dishes from different parts of the world.
The event is organised by the Asociación de Empresarios de El Castillo (AECA). It is funded by the Consejería de Comercio of the Cabildo de Fuerteventura, in collaboration with the Ayuntamiento de Antigua.

The Cabildo de Fuerteventura highlights special activities for children as a new feature of this edition. These include the formats “Le Petit Chef” and “Hoy soy pastelero”.
